This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile Dev Academy ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use SudokuX. We are committed to protecting your privacy — and the simplest way we do that is by collecting as little data as possible.

1

Information We Collect

SudokuX is an offline puzzle game. We do not require account registration or any personal information to use the app.

The only data stored remains on your device and includes:

  • Game progress and completed levels
  • User settings and preferences (e.g. theme, difficulty)
  • In-game statistics (time, hints used, coins)

We do not collect:

  • Your name, email, or any personal identifiers
  • Location data
  • Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
  • Contact lists, camera, or microphone data
  • Financial or payment information
2

How We Use Information

All locally stored data is used exclusively to:

  • Save your game progress so you can continue where you left off
  • Remember your preferences across sessions
  • Display your in-game statistics

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

3

Third-Party Services

SudokuX does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services in its current version.

The app is distributed via Google Play. Google may collect certain technical and usage information as part of operating the Play Store platform. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

4

Children's Privacy

SudokuX is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, the app is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal data from children or anyone else. Parents and guardians can let their children use this app with confidence.

5

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device using Android's standard SharedPreferences and internal storage, its security depends on your device's own security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.).

We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and using a strong screen lock for your own security.

6

Data Retention & Deletion

Game data is stored on your device for as long as the app is installed. You can delete all app data at any time by:

  • Going to Settings → Apps → SudokuX → Storage → Clear Data on your Android device
  • Uninstalling the application

Since we hold no data on our servers, there is nothing to request deletion of on our end.

7

Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, standard rights such as data access, portability, or erasure requests are inherently satisfied — there is simply no personal data of yours held by us to access, transfer, or delete.

If you have any questions about your data, you are always welcome to contact us.

8

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through an in-app notice or Google Play update notes.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
